International Princess™ Project sells products through various online sites, retailers, and events. At this time we do not have a retail storefront - so the quickest way to purchase is through our primary online store at punjammies.com.
SHIPPING:
Currently we ship to locations in the United States and Canada only. We offer various shipping options which customers can view upon checkout, and most orders are fulfilled and shipped from our California warehouse within 2 business days. For customers located near Costa Mesa, CA - we now offer local pickup as well.
Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping information at time of checkout, and the purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs of returned merchandise due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Canada customers are responsible for all duties, customs, taxes and fees for products shipped from the US.
HOLIDAY NOTICE: Orders placed online typically ship within 2 business days, but can take up to 4 business days during the busy holiday season (from November 15th - December 31st).
If you placed an order for LOCAL PICKUP:
Typically within 2 business days you will receive a confirmation from our shipping department that your order was "shipped" as a customer pickup. Upon receiving this notification, your order will be ready and waiting for you at:

NOTE: We cannot process sales or returns at our office/warehouse location. For more information, please see our returns policy.
(Orders not picked up within 30 days may be subject to cancellation. If your order is cancelled as a result of non-pickup, the credit card used to place the order will be refunded, less a 15% re-stocking fee.)
